Graphite modified polypropylene heat exchanger


simple explanation

  The equipment is full plastic type, fixed type, tube plate type, tubulation type heat exchanger. It is made of graphite-modified polypropylene plastic; the components of shell, pipe-board, sealed head, flange and the connected pipe are made of pure polypropylene plastic.

Main characters:
    1、Good causticity-resistant performance: polypropylene has excellent chemical medicine resistance. For inorganic compound, without reference to acid, alkali and salt, can be reached 100℃, except the oxidation. The above is no harmful to the equipment. All the impregnant don't be dissolved in the room temperature. The equipment can be applied in the medium of common alkyl, mellow, and aldehyde.
    2、Cubage is big and the weight is light: the proportion of the polypropylene is 0.91-0.93, which is the lightest material in the colophony, so the equipment is light, installation and maintains of it are convenient.
    3、Temperature-resistant is high. The thaw-point of products is 164-174℃. So the common usage temperature can reach 100-120℃. In the condition of no outside force, when the temperature reach 150℃, the product will not be blended.
    4、Non-virulence, non scale formation, not polluted medium. It can be applied in food industry.
  Because of the above characters, the equipment can be applied in chemical industry, light industry, metallurgy, pharmacy, food-stuff, chemical fiber, especially used as condenser, which can replace the condenser of stainless steel, vitreous enamel, graphite, glass. The usage effect is obvious.
  Because the biggest diameter of domestic polypropylene pipe is 630mm, roll-boards are needed to be used to production the heat exchanger, which is more than sixty square meters. Our factory can manufacture the heat exchanger with the area of 200m2. The special specification can be made according to customer's requirements.

       2、The customers specify each heat exchanger's specification's area. Referring to the heat exchanger's specification list for the diameters of the heat exchanger and the shell.
       3、If the shell pass needed multiplayer baffle board, please tell the amount in order to manufacture.
       4、Tell the place-shape when ordering. If you need to change the interface or the situation of the connected pipe, please tell us.
       5、The plastic equipments are fragile, gently bring and put down. Slowly screw down the screws when installation. The aim of doing that is to avoid damaging the equipments.
       6、The supported pieces of the heat exchanger can be made according to the customer's requirements or the drawings.
       7、Putting the cold water into the equipment when you begin to operation. Avoiding contacting with the fire.
